How do we do all that?
As advisors, we like to get involved early in the design process for a new library because that's when the foundation is laid for the kind of library that can emerge and the impact it will have on its surroundings.
Keynotes: inspire
By giving presentations, we inspire you and your team. All three ministers are experienced keynote speakers for both small and large groups.
It's a great way to quickly get an overview of what our ministry stands for and what it can mean for your organization. Our presentations are interesting for boards and executives, employees, stakeholders, and municipalities.
Workshops: Learning together; experimenting together
The success of a concept hinges on the support of the people working with it. That's why we find it important to actively involve library staff from the start. In our workshops, we offer multi-day sessions on-site, where we can dive deep into the material and there's plenty of room for dialogue and the exchange of ideas.
Through excursions and other activities, we familiarize them with new ways of working. Additionally, we collaborate, evaluate, and bring in ideas during experiments with new programming formats.
No bulky reports
Thanks to our design background, we can tell and communicate in an original and engaging way. In previous projects, this has led to three-dimensional conversation starters and toolkits used to involve users, employees, stakeholders, and politicians in the change process. It enables people to tell the new story themselves and add their own insights during workshops.
Turning ideas into practice
All the ideas and backgrounds for a new building are captured by us in a program of imagination, which precedes a program of requirements.
We have experience in translating both flat programs into physical space. This results in libraries that always surprise and invite discovery. We do this in workshop form together with you and your architect.
